October 29th - 1 p.m.

Stop REAL ID

The American Policy Center and the Stop Real ID Coalition along with the other members of the Constitutional Alliance are pleased to announce that we are spearheading a discussion and media event in Washington, DC about the Real ID Act 2005 and other issues related to the rights of American citizens.

Organizations from both the right and the left, as well as elected representatives from several states are joining together to address the threat of an International ID system.

You are invited to attend. This historic event will include discussion of the following subjects:

1) Opposition to the Real ID Act or any legislation that does not originate from the states regarding the issuance of state driver's licenses.

3) Tenth Amendment legislation to be offered during the media/press conference to the media and public.
4) Opposition to the sharing of any personal information of American citizens with other governments or "entities" of a foreign government without a court order which would have to include probable cause or a reasonable belief that an individual has broken a law that is relevant to the government the information is being shared with.
