WE MUST KILL CARA

By Peyton Knight

As the nation’s attention is diverted by terrorist attacks, a silent but deadly attack on property rights is slipping through Congress...

It can’t be stressed enough. CARA is a disaster for ALL property owners. Federal regulators teamed with extremist environmental groups will wreak havoc on property owners through use of the "willing seller" clause...

RESOLVE!

By Tom DeWeese

America is a different place today. That’s good. Because we need to be. Many of our citizens were beginning to forget why America is special. When asked where our wealth and high standard of living came from, many would simply shrug their shoulders and say, "was it not always so?"

PRO-CARA RALLY PLANNED FOR OCTOBER 10-11...
PROPERTY RIGHTS ADVOCATES MUST COUNTER!

A group called "Americans for Our Heritage and Recreation" who describe themselves as "guardians of the Land and Water Conservation Fund (the main land-grabbing agency of the federal government) is planning a summit and rally for October 10-11 in support of the land-grab trust fund, CARA. Over 100 groups are expected to descend on Washington.

IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS, CARA THREATENS NATIONAL SECURITY

By Peyton Knight

In the wake of the despicable terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, our nation now finds itself fully committed to stamping out terrorism and punishing the countries that endorse it. Fighting this war means many things. It means the deployment of our brave men and women overseas. It means emergency defense spending. And it also means more natural resource production here at home, and decreased dependency on foreign oil—two vital objectives that CARA obstructs.
